THIS PRODUCT IS SOLD THROUGH PRE-SALE ONLY
May we introduce your sustainable t-shirt?
The story of your t-shirt begun last year when team iluut wanted to create a minimal, high quality t-shirt. Our team found super important that the whole production would take place in Europe and the fit would be something that could look good on many different body types.
After testing many materials and fits, we're happy to introduce you this sustainable beauty!
What does the pre-sale mean?
Your t-shirt is made through pre-sale. That means that when we get your pre-order, we will use just the amount of fabric needed and send it to the atelier. In this way, no waste will be generated.
Everyone who will place the pre-order before 11.11.2018, will receive their pre-order before Christmas. But if you can't make it, don't worry! You'll have time to place your pre-order until 2.12. In that case you'll receive your t-shirt at the beginning of February 2019.
Please check carefully your measurements because this pre-sale item can't be returned or changed.
We wanted to make your day even more happier and that's why we offer free shipping for all t-shirt pre-orderers. Please use the code 'freeshipping' at the check out.
How your t-shirt is made?
From the seed to the fabric
The journey of your t-shirt starts from the eco cotton fields in India. The fiber travels to Germany where it's spun into a yarn. The yarn has both Oeko-tex and GOTS certifications. The yarn is knitted into high quality fabric -according Oeko-tex standards- in Orivesi in a company called Orneule which is run by two brothers. Finishing and bleaching takes place in Nokian Neulomo, Finland.
From the fabric to the t-shirt
The fabric arrives to the atelier in Tarto, Estonia, where seven super talented seamstresses turn it into beautiful, boxy-fitted t-shirt. They add the washing and size tags into the t-shirts which come from family run company Signal Labels, Bulgaria.
Finally, your t-shirt travels to Köln in Germany. There it'll be printed using GOTS-certificated, waterbased inks. The printing house is called Dakota and it's also a family run company! :) We're super happy about this print because our followers in social media helped us to choose which one we'll produce. It's more special when we do things together!
Tadaa: your t-shirt is ready! It'll be packed into a sustainable package and sent to you.
The model Ona is 180 cm tall and she is wearing a size S.
